Read this in one go. Great page turner with an interesting angle. Kind of wish the main character would have taken the alternative path offered him at the end - could've been the start of a fun series! Also the role he chose seems less than enough for the character, given his fondness for completing puzzles. Character development was good throughout, again could have been taken into further books.

Loved this book, so refreshing to read a book with the main character being Autistic. I have a 13 year old son with Aspergers so could really relate to Patrick. I would strongly recommend reading Rubbernecker x

Despite having won the 2014 Theakston Crime Novel of the Year, this is so much more than a crime novel. It is a story about relationship, love and living with mental health issues. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
