Picked it up two days ago and couldn't put it down. The ending was amazing and leaves you wanting more. I would love to see this series take off even more with side novels outside of the main storyline about some of the other characters and maybe even an adventure into the Core

Great series but you must start with The Warded Man and read all the books. Some are not ,numbered in the series so make sure you google them. There are 4 or 5. The Great Bizzare is one Im pretty sure.is shown as stand alone, but it is not, The Skull Throne is the most recent. Peter Brett has a wild and vivid imagination.

One of the best fantasy reads in years. I put it up there with A song of ice and fire, or the Patrick Rothfuss books. Peter V. Brett is like a less prolific Brandon Sanderson. Highly entertaining very smooth prose and great storytelling and this one ends on a cliffhanger....literally. I can't wait till the next book is out. If you are choosing between the wheel of time, the malazan books, or the demon cycle I'd go with the demon cycle. I don't see how he could ruin the next couple books. Write faster & more
