Author Bio:
Annette Dashofy, a Pennsylvania farm gal born and bred, grew up with horses, cattle, and, yes, chickens. After high school, she spent five years as an EMT for the local ambulance service. Since then, she’s worked a variety of jobs, giving her plenty of fodder for her lifelong passion for writing. She, her husband, and their two spoiled cats live on property that was once part of her grandfather’s dairy. Her short fiction, including a 2007 Derringer nominee, has appeared in Spinetingler, Mysterical-e, and Fish Tales: the Guppy Anthology. Her newest short story will appear in the Lucky Charms Anthology.

Really well written. Engaging characters. Read the second book right after this and now i'm hanging until 4/7/15 until the 3rd book comes out...and i already the sample!!! Highly recommend

About the author

Annette Dashofy was born and raised on a Pennsylvania farm. As a child, she always enjoyed reading and writing when she wasn't playing in the barn. As a young adult, she spent five years as an EMT on the local ambulance service. She soon found her love for writing mysteries. Her Zoe Chambers mystery sereis includes Circle of Influence, Lost Legacy, Bridges Burned, With a Vengeance and No Way Home. She has been nominated for the Agatha Award for Best First Novel and Best Contemporary Novel.
