I mostly loved this book. The thing that made me give it three stars is the main love scene. Shes taken a sedative and doesn't remember what happened. To me having sex with someone who isnt going to remember and whose inhabitions have been lowered by drugs is rape. Not to mention he was almost a doctor so he'd be really aware of that.

Honestly, I liked the bonus book better, but the main title wasn't bad. I think the overly complicated, recycled scenario turned me a bit off (I kept thinking about the other book, something about Paris). The archaic language didn't help, but it is romantic.
