About this ebook

In Killing Monica Bushnell spoofs and skewers her way through pop culture, celebrity worship, fame and even the meaning of life itself, when a famous writer must resort to faking her own death in order to get her life back from her most infamous creation - Monica. With her trademark humour and style, Killing Monica is Bushnell's sharpest, funniest book to date.

This is Bushnell at her best - full of mordant wit, casual sex and highly conspicuous consumption.

Another good book from this author. Not the best from her work...although I've read all the rest and this was the last one before I'm gonna have to move onto another author. Easy read, fun and light

Such a disappointment! Writing was amateur at best- storyline flitted from here to there with no relevance. Riding her Sex in the City coat tail hard!

About the author

Candace Bushnell is the creator of SEX AND THE CITY and has been described by the Evening Standard as a 'genius'. The Observer compared her to Nancy Mitford and the Sunday Telegraph to 'Jane Austen with a Martini.'
