The book is well written, and the story is good, but Lauren gets into A LOT of peril, and after a while it feels a bit forced. She's super whiney, not going to lie, but Shelby can't even look at her with out Lauren calling her a name. ⚠️ Vague ⚠️ SPOILER ⚠️ ALERT ⚠️ In the next book, something happens, and Shelby tries to convince Lauren to go the police about it, but no, because Shelby is 'a selfish cow' who 'only cares about herself' and 'never thinks about anyone else' yes Lauren, that is what selfish means... Again, good book, just a bit tedious at times.

The reviews of this book have to be fake. Can't believe I wasted my time. No character development. No plot development, dialogue sounds like it was written by a 12 year old. Don't bother
