"Badges Prequel" (Iron Badges Book 0) by Danielle Norman is a fantastic kick-off to this new spin-off series. I love that we get more of the Iron Orchids. This story is packed with humor, close friends, biker chicks, law enforcement, interesting characters and more. I can not wait to see what happens with these entertaining characters. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, humor, law enforcement, and series.

4 Star review of Badges Prequel (Iron Badges #0) by Danielle Norman Danielle Norman is a new author to me and I have absolutely no idea why. Badges Prequel was a great introduction to her work and when time permits I will be seeking out books in her other series. As this is the first book in a new series, I jumped at the chance to read and review a new author. From the first to the last chapter I was engaged, a quick novella that I read in one sitting. In this book Ms. Norman introduces us to the women of the Iron Badges which I thought was a great idea. Badges Prequel was an entertaining read and the writing was strong and humorous. Lets be honest, totally bad a** women, humour, law enforcement and bikers sounds like a winning combination to me. I look forward to reading and learning more about the ladies of the Iron Badges in the near future.

As a true Danillie Norman book Badges Prequel is laugh out loud funny and a thrill to read from the one liners of all the smart mouthed woman to the hot and sexy men that invade their lives, you will not be disappointed. A must read!

About the author

Before becoming a romance writer, I was a body double for Heidi Klum and a backup singer for Adele. Now, I spend my days trying to play keep away from Theo James who won't stop calling me and asking me out. 

And all of this happens before I wake up and face reality where in fact I'm a 50 something mom with grown kids, I've been married longer than Theo's been alive, and I now get my kicks riding a Harley.

As far as my body, I thank, Ben & Jerry's for that as well as gravity. And I could never be Adele's backup since I never stop saying the F-word long enough actually to sing.

My books are about kickass women with even better shoes and the men that try to tame them (silly silly men).

In all truth, Danielle began her career as a children's author and still continues to flourish in that genre under a different name.
