About this ebook

A “gripping” story of romance, mystery, and family secrets in contemporary Ireland (Bookbag).

On the surface, Jack Stewart has everything—success, money, a fine house, and beautiful women at his beckon call. Then the past he’s tried so hard to forget returns, when a woman he hasn’t heard from in twenty years is killed in a car wreck in Ireland . . .

Raised as an Irish Traveller, Luke Kiernan has never had it easy, and trouble has been his constant companion. So when he wakes from a car wreck in a Dublin hospital to learn his mother is dead, he is devastated. But when he learns the identity of the man waiting at his bedside, he is furious . . .

These two men are at odds—but when two determined women enter their lives and push them toward reconciliation, they must decide whether love can heal old wounds, or if some scars are simply too deep to overcome.
