About this ebook

When rejection comes back to bite you...

Jordan's life sucks. Her boyfriend, Michael, dumped her, slept his way through half the student body, and then killed himself. But now, somehow, he appears at her window every night, begging her to let him in.

Jordan can't understand why he wants her, but she feels her resistance wearing down. After all, her life -- once a broken record of boring parties, meaningless hookups, and friends she couldn't relate to -- now consists of her drinking alone in her room as she waits for the sun to go down.

Michael needs to be invited in before he can enter. All Jordan has to do is say the words....

It was an alright book. I didn't get bored with it and stop or anything, so that's a positive, but it never really made me want to keep reading chapter after chapter, wanting to know what was next, like some other books I've read. The writer's use of words didn't entertain me much, and I found this to just be an overall very bland book. I didn't enjoy the classic cliches either: vampires must be invited in, holy water and crosses burn, you must stab them with a dagger, etc. Some people may just find it nice and classic, but I just found it dull and unoriginal. The plot was very basic, and I held very little suspense. I could very easily anticipate what would happen next, which bored me. On the other side though, if you don't like to get too deeply into a book, this may be one you enjoy. It's a very quick and easy read, with only about 200 pages in it. It requires very little thinking, and you read through it like nothing. But while this wasn't a bad book in the least, it just didn't suck me into the story the way I liked to be.

with all its details and you can almost imagine what is happening the whole time and you feel like you are there with Rachel, Lisa and Jordan at the ending fighting scene where the finally kill the vampire Mikel and it was so not over dramatized or under dramatized it is one of the most amazing books i have ever read. If yo uhave not read ir you must it is a real page turner.

I was really surprised by how great this book was. A quick read but I went through it in one night because I couldn't put it down.
