Ratings and reviews

I admit, it was a little difficult to get into at first. Most science fiction takes a little time to explain how certain unfamiliar/fictional technologies or mindsets work, or originated, while this story just barrels along without explaining senso fields, rap fields, alien ship mechanics, etc... So sometimes you feel a bit lost. But if you just keep following, and accept that it's not important to understand how any of it *works*, you'll start to realize the story is about the people, and be rewarded.

Read his "Infinity Link" before you read this one. Both are outstanding, but "Rapture Effect" is best read second. I'll be reading them again.

A story full of emotions and a striving to reach beyond yourself. Well done to the author.
