Although I very much like many of S. Kings books, this one is a stinker. No scary at all.......BORING! The main female character acts like no woman I've ever known. The story is way too much about her "thoughts" and very little about her situation. Bad plot, bad idea, bad execution. Oh, and you r only paying to read the book on-line as it will not download

I had such high hopes for this book, but to me it was nothing short of awful. I bought the paperback but could barely finish reading the last few pages. It was long & drawn out & just didn't hold my interest.

This was not one of my favorite Stephen King books, but it creeped me out enough to keep me up all night until I finished it. All in all, a decent read. I'm glad I gave it a shot.
