His First
FBI agent Nick Romero has seen far too much action, and he knows the feisty, curvaceous woman with a talent for playing detective could get herself hurt. The longer he's undercover, the more he needs her help. But what he really needs is to convince her the big city isn't the place to be, that she should stay in Whistlers Bend, Montana, with him and give him his first–and fabulous–chance to settle down.
Dianne's love for the romance genre began ten years ago when her daughter gave her a well-read, dog-eared Harlequin. Her daughter said it was great, then confessed it had been passed around the entire eighth grade class as a "supplement" to their sex ed class. Some supplement! But Dianne was instantly hooked on Harlequins, and it wasn't long before she was writing stories of her own. She's finalled in several national contests, including RWA's Golden Heart. Her first Harlequin American, COURT-APPOINTED MARRIAGE, was released in August 2001. Dianne lives with her husband and four children in Ohio. She writes humorous, fast-paced, sexy stories set in small-town USA. Her stories focus on the zany things people do when falling madly in love. She's written articles for the Affaire de Coeur, Undercover and RT. She presently writes the Up Close and Personal: Editor Profile column for RWR. She's giving writing workshops at the Ohio Valley RWA Conference, Central Ohio Fiction Writer's Conference, West Virginia Book Fair and the Woman's Conference in Columbus, Ohio.
