I first started getting muddled with the names Darius and Lucius but then Mathias was added to the mix. Then there was Kevlarin, Keverin, Kerrion. Malcor the person and malcor the town. Torin and Tomik. Worst of all was Athalone, Athione, and Athinia. Please can the authors have a heart when it comes to the reader. I hate having to have a note book next to me when I'm reading a book to remember who everyone is.. Such a good writer to be let down by something silly but is huge to the reader.

The 1st book started off alright but the rest of the series in my opinion was a bit all over the place. I would have liked the book to focus on the main character, Julia, than having to read so many different perspective from many different characters.
