Well written short story involving a human military student attending an alien college. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Very short story nicely introduces two memorable characters.
About the author
Misty White writes space opera when she isn’t acting under one of her other identities or playing fetch with her cat. Many of her short stories are in the sweet romance arena, as in her story Buzz and Bunnies or her mini-series starting with Catati Test. She also writes dystopia (Cara Lee), dark fantasy for adults (Carralee Byrd), and lighter-but-still-gritty fantasy for YA+ (Misti Wolanski).
