About this ebook

Anya could really use a friend. But her new BFF isn't kidding about the "Forever" part . . .
Of all the things Anya expected to find at the bottom of an old well, a new friend was not one of them. Especially not a new friend who's been dead for a century.
Falling down a well is bad enough, but Anya's normal life might actually be worse. She's embarrassed by her family, self-conscious about her body, and she's pretty much given up on fitting in at school. A new friend—even a ghost—is just what she needs.
Or so she thinks.
Spooky, sardonic, and secretly sincere, Anya's Ghost is a wonderfully entertaining debut graphic novel from author/artist Vera Brosgol.

The story has good plot progression and feels like you're watching a show. The only thing is that it has a lot of crude humor and suggestive themes and situations that I'd rather not be on there.

This is what graphic novels should be. Great narrative because of the vivid characters, believable story, blatant emotional honesty from the book and a really good ending. It really knew how to lock down its tone and transition from one to the other. My only criticism is that it should have longer to properly flesh out a few more characters to have the ending feel more finished. You want to feel like you lived in this world, and it achieves this to a certain extent, but again it should be longer. But besides that my praises for it are countless. I can not recommended this book enough to anyone.

A good mysterious ghost story, with edgy and relatable humor at least to me. Only problem is the length other then that amazing!
