i really enjoyed this book because i love a bit of humor in romance novels. watch for the scene in which the duke takes the girls out in the cart, hilarious. his exchanges with them generally are.LOVE lizzy wonderful character. i would have given 1more star to make this perfect if the sex scenes were more detailed to make them more romantic, they are way too rushed.

The man who wants, the woman who is curious, some how everyone gets muddy and wet or stuck in a window, the hovering mother, the resentful contriver and the devoted friends. It is all there. I do enjoy escaping with Suzanne Enoch. Many likeable characters. Too much protesting and posturing in this book however. But I'll keep on reading ☺️ her books.

I enjoyed the book very much, that I didn't know when it ended. I wish it were longer and had a few more chapters but, it was still a great story.
