This book has been on the outskirts of my memory since I read it when I was a young child - it captured my imagination like few others did, but I never knew it was a series! I'm so excited to read it again, and I encourage you to do the same, if you're fond of rabbit-hole-type novels or worlds that tickle your curiosity.

I read this book in the sixth grade and was absolutely taken. I hated to read and this was the one book that really changed my life. I have followed the series ruthlessly sense. I am 21 now and still check every few weeks for the fourth book to announce a release date.

This book is my favorite. I own a hard copy and just bought the book on my phone. However, there are no pics which are an important aspect to the story. I'd give it 5 if the pages looked like they do in the book.
