Everything to be expected with beauty and the beast story and much more! I felt every emotion and cried every tear, sad or happy. Wonderful plot twists. I think I will pass this book onto my preteen niece. You did a wonderful job with detail of the era and characters' morals and integrity; and faith. This is my second time reading this book this year. I LOVE fairy tales. My Honors Thesis in college was based on Cinderella and other fairy tales. So, to read a Beauty and the Beast variant that is clean and christian and entertaining was a real treat. Such a great story. Love the characters. Love the unique re-telling of a beautiful, older tale. I highly recommend this novel!

It has so much suspense and has some funny moments too. The other books by this author are just as amazing. You have to read them. :)
