Even these people's literature is "meh." It's a book, there are lots of words that seem, in toto, to mean very little, and a man is victimized by a woman who faces no real consequences at all (and who will be, eventually, richly rewarded) for her selfish, bitchy act. Oh, there's a bit of whining about universal "Americanization," of course, but it just cements the notion that "Entitlement" is Canada at it's best, or worst ... really, there seems to be little difference.
