It's a good book but definitely not the best. The story was fascinating but the characters were not fully developed. I picked up this book because my friend was such a fan and couldn't stop talking about it. I did skip a few pages in the end, not because it was boring and predictable, I guess I just wanted to see how the story ends...as soon as possible. To me, S. J. Watson rushed through the last few chapters, there was a bit of chaos, just a little bit when more characters began to appear and joined the story. Especially, the part where Ben (the real Ben) came back.
Honestly, I was disappointed.
I would recommend this book to other people, and I would tell them: If you buy it, buy it on sale. :-)

Before I Go to Sleep is an amazing novel. It shocks, intrigues, and captivates you throughout. I couldn't stop reading.

I was interested for about 100 pages, forced myself to slog through the next 150, and skimmed the last 100 to get to the really obvious, predictable ending.
