Dexter x
The book is a great story and an easy read but the trouble is that all of the actuall story telling takes place in the dialogue between characters. it's kind of makes everything else meaningless. You could literally read only the bits in quotation marks and this book would be more enjoyable than reading the whole thing.

Weakness: the "twists" are so obvious, and so frequently signposted that each time there's a clue you find yourself thinking "I know what's going to happen, just get on with it!" Strength: the lead character it very likeable, and after what I thought was a fairly forgettable story, I want to read the next episode.

Some dislike this one, personally I could visualise every second of it. Perfect world creation.
