Two stars for effort. Cliches could be great given a creative twist but none found here. Storyline felt rushed. Scenes contrived. As were the interractions between characters. Disappointed because i've read some really good harlequin before. This read like a first draft before any editing or fact-checking. SPOILER ALERT. The part where she fell down the stairs, wouldn't the natural reaction (for the mother-to-be)would be to worry over the baby first? But it was almost an afterthought instead. Seriously?
