Wildlife photographer Billie Abbott has come to town to fulfill a contract for her aunt who owns Abbott Photography, though taking calendar photos of the town’s quirky inhabitants isn’t her usual job. She’s anxious to do the photos quickly and go on to her next wildlife assignment, but once she meets rancher Cameron Van Peter, her plans are threatened with change. Cam has been in this position before – falling for a woman who he knows won’t stay around. Watching her with lovesick teenagers, a flirtatious ranch hand, violin-playing body builders, and the mayor’s eccentric wife makes him long for something he can’t have – a woman who is here to stay.
