Her mystery and romantic suspense novels have sold more than a million copies, won the Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense, and been nominated twice for the Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice Award. She has had more than fifty books published.Christy has been writing for as long as she can remember and worked for ten years as a newspaper reporter. Her husband is a children's pastor, and together they have two sons. Christy splits her time between the Virginia suburbs and Hatteras Island, North Carolina.
