Marliss Melton

Marliss Melton, a bestselling author of romantic suspense, grew up overseas, where her parents fostered a Thai orphan, whom they nicknamed Pooh. While Pooh went on to be adopted by a family in Oregon, Miss Melton never forgot the baby who claimed her heart. More than twenty years later, the Meltons reconnected with their foster child, known then as Brigit Carey. They remain close friends on Facebook.
