Thomas Harlan

Thomas Harlan is the author of the highly regarded "Oath of Empire" fantasy series (The Shadow of Ararat, The Gate of Fire, The Storm of Heaven, among others), as well an internationally-known game designer. He lives in Salem, Oregon.
