Viewers will get re-acquainted with the cast of "Work Out" and re-visit last season's antics. In present day Sky Sport, viewers find Jackie is overwhelmed with a growing business, clothing line, a new house, and a changing social life. Viewers also learn that Jackie has an idea for a huge, new business venture called Skylab - a two-week, spa/fitness experience for clients who want to change their bodies, minds, and health. Jackie gives her five-year relationship with Mimi one last chance in a couple's therapy session.

Viewers will find out if Jackie and Mimi are finally calling it quits, or if there's a chance for reconciliation. Jackie takes steps to make her Skylab dream a reality by launching a test facility within the walls of Sky Sport and begins matching clients up with trainers. Skylab clients test their body fat in a dunk tank and much to their surprise, so do all of the trainers. Jesse helps an old friend, a beautiful Las Vegas showgirl, who is a client, through treatment for thyroid cancer. In a parallel concurrence, Doug helps an ex-lover and client through treatment for liver cancer. Brian trains model Joanna Kruppa and Jackie trains comedian Kathy Griffin. Rebecca shows a more than friendly interest in Jackie.

Jackie returns to the therapist solo and talks about her relationship history. Skylab clients continue to work out with the trainers. Jackie's weekly boot camp is held in a professional kitchen, where Jackie, Jesse, and a nutritionist teach the Skylab clients how to cook nutritious meals. Zen, who has gone through a lot of changes since last season, seeks Jackie's advice as she considers cosmetic surgery. Zen also performs a comedy routine about the trainers at the Laugh Factory. Jackie throw a sexy slumber party for her closest girlfriends. Erika begins working with Skylab client, Star magazine reporter Meaghan Murphy.

Jackie's busy dating life is the talk of Sky, but it's not all good. She goes back to one-on-one therapy to discuss her juggling relationships. Jackie travels to Sonoma to visit a possible location for Skylab. Jackie gets a call at the gym from a celebrity "look-a-like" agency asking about Erika, who they feel looks like Angelina Jolie. Doug throws a huge double-birthday party for Erika and himself. Later, Jackie announces to the trainers that Doug is seriously ill.

Jackie's love life and business are going full speed ahead. Jesse is jealous that Jackie seems to be favoring Rebecca. The trainers continue to train their Skylab clients and some clients are doing better than others. Jackie suspects it is because that some trainers are being more attentive to their clients. Jackie begins to launch the manufacturing of her new clothing line and decides to take the trainers and the Skylab clients away for the weekend to a snowy retreat in Lake Arrowhead. On the trip, they will meet with an eating disorder therapist and discuss the issues surrounding their weight problems. The session uncovers shocking past issues among the group members, especially Jackie.

Jackie attends therapy and discusses the challenges she is having with her business ventures. Zen introduces her new boyfriend. Andre realizes a dream by holding a boot camp in the inner city for people who might not have such an opportunity to focus on their fitness. Skylab client, Star magazine reporter Meaghan Murphy, has a heated run-in with Erika about her commitment to the process. Later, Meaghan takes Erika with her to be fitted for an Oscar dress by a surprise "Project Runway" designer. Jackie travels to Indianapolis to present her clothing line to executives at a chain of stores called Pavia.

Jackie continues her therapy where she shares feelings about her childhood and her parents. Jackie returns to her home, her mother, and her roots in Ohio. Viewers will see Jackie at her old stomping grounds, a high school reunion with former classmates, and visiting her father's grave. Brian Peeler is in charge of the gym while Jackie is away. Rebecca wonders how Erika, Jackie's "right hand," will react. The trainers and Jackie cope with life being bittersweet. The trainers and Jackie receive sad news of Doug's passing and must cope. Jackie is shocked to learn the news while on her trip.

Jackie returns to L.A. to the trainers to help them grieve Doug's loss. The trainers and Jackie have a private memorial to remember Doug. Jackie's business really takes an upswing. Jackie signs the papers for her Sonoma County location for future Skylab. Jackie's test clothing line finally appears in stores across the country. The Skylab clients' "afters" are revealed as we see how their experience has changed them inside and out. Skylab client, Star magazine reporter Meaghan Murphy, gets fitted for her Oscar dress. Jackie hosts a special gathering for the trainers, the clients, and friends.

Jackie warner is awesome to me and Rebecca is one of my favs but really as your watching this show you will grow to love all of them. :) Its definitely one of my favorite shows and am dying to watch her new show Thintervention so bad!
