As Stage 1 comes to a close, eighteen challengers attempt to clear eight grueling obstacles including the Step Slider, Giant Swing and the Spinning Bridge. See which competitors are tough enough to move on to Stage 2 and become the first "American Ninja Warrior."

Top 100 finishers from the regional finals tackle the ultimate challenge--a four stage course modeled after the famed Mount Midoriyama in Japan. The remaining competitors take on Stage 2 which includes the Double Salmon Ladder and five other obstacles entirely over water. Then, only the competitors skilled enough to conquer all obstacles in Stage 2 and Stage 3 will move onto the final Stage 4, a breathtaking 65-foot rope climb.
