The Scouts are at Sequoia National Forest to face three new competitors: Dan wants to prove to his Eagle Scout brothers that he could have been one; John wants to prove himself to his soon-to-be Eagle Scout sons; and Mark wants to chase his boyhood dream of being a Scout. The first challenge tests orienteering and climbing skills. Afterward, the scouts must vote on who must abandon his boyhood dream. After a tough battle, the final test puts the last adult through a series of trail challenges.

3/11/13
The Scouts are in Sequoia National Forest to face competitors with something to prove: Lee, a former Marine; Paul, who feels guilty for dropping out as a teen and David, who left Scouts three badges shy of an Eagle Scout. The first challenge pits adults against Scouts. They must face a bridge rappel before rafting down Class Three rapids. After one adult goes home, the competitors must prove they can pitch a tent. Will the Scouts prevail, or could Lee, Paul or David be Tougher Than a Boy Scout?
3 Boy Scouts

John, Marc and Jason all have something to prove: Two are former Eagle Scouts and one wants to see what would have happened if he hadn't dropped out as a teen. The first challenge is a three-part relay race and the adults have a tough time keeping up against Scouts Trent and Rob. The next challenge threatens to halt the competition when a contestant gets heat exhaustion. The last challenge pits the sole adult against Rio in "Sink or Swim."
4 Where Eagles Fly
3/25/13
Meet three adults who think they could be Tougher than a Boy Scout: Bill, who hopes to make his Scoutmaster dad proud; Paul, who is competing in memory of his grandfather, a former Scout; and Marc, a probation officer with no Scout experience. Pioneering and shooting are put to the test as the adults team up to show off their skills. After a tough vote, only one remains for the final challenge: an orienteering race. Scout Mike competes with skill, but an unexpected twist could cost him the lead.
5 Man vs. Scout
4/1/13
The Scouts are up against three tough competitors: Gregg who is competing to honor his father; Howard, who as a kid, was told that he couldn't be a Scout; and Stev, who was kicked out of Scouts at age 7. Their skills are put to the test in a relay. The challenge takes a dangerous turn and the Scouts have to make a tough decision. What's more important, speed or safety? When the last man makes it to the finals, he faces a bow and arrow ace in archery and must prove he's Tougher Than a Boy Scout.
6 Face Plant
4/1/13
The Scouts are up against three tough adult competitors: Rage and James both dropped out of Boy Scouts and are back to finish what they started, and Dave, an ex-soccer player, is competing to honor his deceased father. After the Scouts send one person home, the two remaining adults must compete in the Boy Scout Quiz Show.
