I personally love this japanese cartoon version, that is actually based more accurately to the Oz series by L. Frank Baum. I believe these played on HBO early in the am on weekends and repeated in the afternoon then maybe the new one came on in the evening on Saturday. I also used to rent them at Blockbuster as a kid. Any kid into the wizard of oz will love this.
