About this show

In 1959, after decades away from his native Australia—studying medicine in Scotland, serving in World War II and living in China—Blake returns to his rural hometown to run his late father’s medical practice. But life does not remain peaceful for long, as the inquisitive and erudite Blake finds himself drawn into the quest to solve murders that confound local law enforcement.

I could not find the last season anywhere, but I found it here. I watched the other 4 seasons on DVD. I love murder mysteries & love this series in general. I like most of the characters, even the ones I dislike. I wish that they had done more with some characters. Must watch.

Love this series. Watched it from Episode 1, Season 1 only to be let down at the end. I pay my subscription to Brit Box and Prime and they want me to pay to watch the last episode of the entire series. Rip off big time. So disappointed.

This show is soo... great and a bit addictive if you're an avid murder mystery fan like me! Also, the dynamics between characters is awesome! Especially Jean & Dr. Blake.
