On the premiere episode of "Mad Fashion," Chris March and his team are working with shoe designer Ruthie Davis to create a striking look for the Fashion Week launch of her new shoe line. Ruthie wants a dress that is really going to impress and is hoping that he will use her idea of a Bond girl as his inspiration. Chris' idea is to take a much more literal approach to the design and is intent on making a dress of shoes. Will his cutting-edge look leave her wishing it was for her eyes only?
2 Night of a Thousand Gowns

Former Real Housewife of New Jersey, Dina Manzo, has sought out Chris March's help to create a one-of-a-kind dress for the biggest drag queen event of the year, Night of a Thousand Gowns. Dina wants her look to evoke 1950s Hollywood glamour. She is willing to suffer for fashion but when Chris chooses a fabric best described as "glittery sandpaper," he may have pushed the limit of wearable art just a little too far.
3 Mardi Gras!

Chris March gets a call from a celebrity he deeply admires and adores - actress Jennifer Coolidge. The star of numerous films such as Legally Blonde, American Pie and Best in Show, Jennifer needs Chris to design an original 'Ice-Queen' outfit for her to wear as she rides the lead parade float at Mardi Gras. But with only three days until the festivities begin, Chris and his team are up against the clock to shop, create an outfit and fly to New Orleans before the big parade.
4 Double Design Trouble

Vanessa and Angela Simmons, the oldest daughters of hip-hop icon Rev Run of Run DMC, fly to NYC to have Chris create two unique looks for a star-studded event in LA to launch Mattel's new "So In Style" Barbie. The ladies want a Barbie inspired look that will solidify them in the fashion hall of fame and transform them from child starlets to fashion moguls. With a limited schedule, can Chris cook up two looks for these heiresses of hip-hop?
5 One Humongous Headpiece

Chris March teams up with Golf, the acclaimed "Orchid King" from high-end floral design house Tantawan Bloom, to create an outrageous floral headpiece and outfit for the charity competition, Tulips and Pansies. Chris is known for his jaw-dropping headpiece designs, so this week he is pulling out all the stops to create a 13-foot floral masterpiece. Golf is a two-time winner of Tulips and Pansies, and the pressure to live up to that legacy is intense.
6 I Said Showstopper

Chris March and his design team accept the challenge to create a look for the Queen of NY Nightlife, Susanne Bartsch. Known for her fashion flair, Susanne will be emceeing the Patricia Field Valentine's Ball, the premiere event for NYC Fashion Week. Susanne always pushes the boundaries of fashion, and she knows what she wants, so Chris will need to create a look that will both impress the NYC fashion elite and please one of his toughest clients.

Chris March turns back the clock to create a one-of-a-kind Marie Antoinette dress for Tracy Stern, owner of the ultra-chic Salon Tea, for her Victorian-themed fundraiser at the National Arts Club. Famous for her "Chari-tea" parties, Tracy has come to Chris and his team to create a look that will both impress the court and dazzle the press. With his over-the-top vision, will everyone think she is more Mad Hatter than modern Victorian-chic?

Maria not only needs Chris to create a runway look for her, but also a complementing look for her cockapoo Ralphie. Will Chris' vision for Maria and Ralphie sparkle on the catwalk, or has he bitten off more than he can chew?

But if the pressure of the Met Ball isn't enough, Chris also needs the approval of Chrissy's boyfriend --Grammy winning R&B star John Legend! Can Chris get John's legendary seal of approval or will this be the look that falls flat?

About this show

Mad Fashion presents an up-close look at the over-the-top world of celebrity fashion designer Chris March. From concept to delivery, each episode follows March, the Project Runway alum, and his eccentric crew of fashion misfits as they create one-of-a-kind designs for his loyal clientele. Tensions are sure to rise as March pushes the boundaries of fashion and challenges his clients' comfort zones. In the end, will the design fulfill the client's fashion fantasy or will it turn out to be more than they can handle?
