The first season is absolutely amazing and the characters are so well set-up. However, as the series progresses there is some stalling, but the writing and acting remains superb especially due to Toni Collette. It's too bad that Showtime cancelled this amazingly hilarious series.

My family loves this show, & we think the actress who plays Tara is great. Half of our family & friends are bi-polar & at times it can seem like heyre different people. I really like how this show tastefully portrays the "split personality" disorder & shows through the struggles the family has theyre still close & happy. I personally like how they make the most of the great moments they have. Even though this isnt a show for kids we let our teenagers watch it & theyve said they can relate to this show. Thx
