Excellent in realistically seeing what you can do with yours vs buying a different home. I feel so sorry for David as he works SO HARD to find great homes for couples BUT one of them will be picky on a SINGLE DETAIL that nixes the whole deal. I often feel the couple is closed-minded on "that" single feature they'll later realize wasn't the most important (location, view, fireplace, a window) when they COULD'VE HAD 4 OTHER THINGS David found that would be longer lasting.

When 2 personalities work together they must have a connection of some sort, well Hilary and David "Deliver" on every #Episode. I can't wait to see "Hilary's Reveal" as much as David's final Showing. Although I usually adore both, I'm a "Love It" girl. Every opportunity I get, I ask (beg) @HGTV to air the early Seasons/Episodes of this show, back when they were in Canada...thse homes had hidden problems and watching Hilary still "Deliver" a better more functional home was exciting. ♡Love It♡

Love Hilary and David but these home owners are so rude and ignorant about what things cost. I'm quite sure the producers want this tension for 'good drama' but their rudeness turns me off. Hey producers turn down the hate!
