What Would Ryan Lochte Do?

In the series premiere, Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte introduces his family and friends to the world. These are the people that mean the most to him, yet that doesn't always mean they agree on everything. Ryan and his brother Devon make a friendly wager on a flag football game that Ryan ultimately loses--but wait until you see how Ryan gets payback! Then, Ryan's sisters are concerned about his dating patterns and decide they need to help him out a bit, yet Ryan seems to have his own thoughts on how to score with the ladies. Meanwhile, Ryan tries to balance his work-hard party-hard mentality. Can this golden boy figure out a way to do everything? Find out!

Ryan travels to the nation's capitol for a charity supporting those afflicted with Muscular Dystrophy. Although the charity is close to Ryan's heart, his mother mainly worries he won't be able to get an eloquent speech prepared in time for the event. But putting on a speech isn't his only job, as Ryan takes time to meet with children who are struggling with the disease and encourages them to work toward all of their life goals. Plus, he even clears his schedule to mingle with the ladies. However, D.C. women sure do have a lot of questions for the Olympian!

Things get complicated when one of Ryan's lady friends from London visits him in the middle of an important swim meet. But this isn't just any girl--Jaimee's had a special place in Ryan's heart for over four years and has even gotten his family's stamp of approval. Will Ryan be able to give it his all at the meet--and keep Jaimee happy?

Ryan and his Lochterage always have a great time hanging out at 101 Downtown, but the club has asked Ryan for some memorabilia. When Lochte decides a speedo might not be such a great idea, Gene has something up his sleeve. Ryan decides to go along with Gene's plan to have his abs and chest plastered to form a mold. However, even Ryan starts to rethink the idea once the day of the big reveal arrives! Meanwhile, with Jaimee back in England, Ryan focuses his feelings on another potential relationship with fellow Olympian Chantae. Will he act on these feelings or stay in the friend zone?

Ryan and Gene take off for Los Angeles where Ryan has a jam-packed week of appearances, photo shoots and an award show. He also takes some time out to visit Pink's world famous hot dog stand where the Lochtedog is unveiled! Then, Ryan attends the Hall of Game Awards where his nerves get the best of him. Meanwhile, Gene sets Ryan up on a surprise celebrity date!

Ryan Lochte is surrounded by people now that he's famous, but his family is one group that most certainly will be there when the fame fades away. In this episode, Ryan gets the opportunity to do a photo shoot with his entire family. And although everyone's super nervous, Ryan knows just what to do to calm everyone down. Meanwhile, his relationship with Jaimee is at a standstill--and the couple has a serious talk over videochat that ultimately leads to them calling it quits.

As Ryan gets pumped up to train for the World Championships, his younger brother announces he's interested in swimming again after three years of being out of the pool. In true Ryan Lochte fashion, Ryan becomes his drill sergeant and whips his brother into shape! Meanwhile, Ryan puts more thought into moving to California--despite his family and friends' reservations. Plus, now that his relationship with Jaimee has ended, he's already on to another lady friend!

In the season finale, it's a whole new crazy world for Ryan Lochte when he and his entire Lochterage head to Miami for Ryan's first official Spring Break! Will the Olympic swimmer just hide out in the pool where he always feels most relaxed--or will he take this opportunity to party hard and meet some beautiful new ladies?
