Bill and Jen knew that by adopting a child with dwarfism, Will would be faced with various medical challenges and surgical procedures. But they quickly learn that being a patient and being a parent of the patient feels very different.

After waiting for news about their pending adoption of their soon-to-be daughter Zoey, the Little Couple receives some promising news from India! But before their family of three will become four, Jen wants to get in more bonding time with Will.

11 Making a Splash

Since arriving in Texas, Will has gained a lot of confidence and independence in navigating his new home. But with independence comes new hazards - specifically, the backyard pool. So Bill & Jen decides it's time for Will to learn how to swim.

12 Countdown to India

The Little Couple's family is about to get bigger as they prepare to travel to India to adopt their daughter, Zoey. But first, Bill and Jen have a laundry list of things they need to get done before their big trip.

This show is a very uplifting and inspiring. My wife and I can't get enough of how incredibly positive the little couple are in the face of adversity. I love watching their family grow because they are two people who were put on this earth to be parent's. And they selflessly let you experience their very emotional struggles. This show is so much better than the other reality junk.

Feel as if we know there life and seem so much like our you have to sit back and laugh I know how scary going through last season was we cried and pray for them everyday hope they continue to share their lives with us record every show. They need to have a contest to meet the family and spend a couple days with them. I would love to do that.

This is a very good show. U can really feel there ups n downs when watching the show. U can tell that they r not acting like they r something they r not like some home reality shows. They dont pretend there life or relationship is perfect. Its there real day to day lives from the good to bad n the happy to sad times n stuggles they really face like the rest of us do on top of all the challenges they face as little people!!!!
