Not to slam this show alone as it's typical TV nowadays. Just more of the same old same. It's becoming harder and harder to find really good writing without all the potty-mouth language and over sex. I was unable to finish the pilot before turning it off. My brother says to me "you are just living in a bubble and maybe that's how people talk in the real world!" Thank God for Netflix as I myself watching more and more older movies and TV shows. As a Christian I can't control what happens "in the real world" but I can control what I watch in my own home and I choose not to watch this. B Blessed.

Best show on TV for seasons 1-6. Lost their way for a bit but closing out the series on a high note in seasons 8-9. You will hate Louis but learn to love him and realize he is one of the best written and acted characters on TV. Mike Harvey and Jessica are great leads but the secret sauce is Donna. A real stand out. Plus see a future royal cut her acting chops here before she married a prince (Megan Markle)

My wife and I have watched all the episodes and have LOVED it! Very entertaining show. A bit dramatized (often the characters do what lawyers wouldn't do in real life) but it's never a letdown for our personal entertainment. My only beef is that the sex scenes push the envelope and EACH episode contains at least one mention of "goddammit". Such a shame the writers see these things as mandatory for this tv show
