About this show

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW is a two-hour event, which captures the phenomenon of the original cult classic film with an acclaimed new cast. The story follows sweethearts Janet (Victoria Justice) and Brad (Ryan McCartan) who stumble upon Dr. Frank-N- Furter’s (Laverne Cox) bizarre abode. A sexually ambiguous, flirtatious, alien mad scientist, Frank-N- Furter is holding an annual Transylvanian science convention to showcase the birth of Rocky Horror - a fit, attractive man created solely to fulfill Frank’s desires. THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW is produced by Fox 21 Television Studios, The Jackal Group and Ode Sounds and Visuals.

Movie itself seemed a little emotionless and disconnected... had no sexual charge to it and some of the acting was bad. The actors were saying all the right lines but I'm not sure I connected with the characters. Thought the only person that was into it was Columbia... I would like to have seen the movie version instead of TV live version...

Fell in love with it again. I had my doubts but to me this was a good re imaging of the cult classic. Love on how it took notice to the mid night showings and props, almost like a instructional video for the Rocky Horror Virgins of the new gen. Ms coxs as Dr. Frank was amazing. No complaints

This version is very different, but wild as hell and very fun. I love seeing different versions of Rocky Horror, because it's such a fun thing to mess with. And I think it did still keep the wacky wild spirit of the original. You can tell they all had a lot of fun, and I'm in LOVE with Laverne Cox's Frank-N-Furter. I didn't think it was possible, but I think she actually managed to make me even gayer than I already was.
