Season 4 episodes (10)

1 Therapy Begins
1/2/14
Couples Therapy Season 4 begins with a new group of celebrity couples with extreme issues coming to therapy with Dr. Jenn Berman and her staff for help healing their broken relationships. Shockingly, one of the women is stood up by her boyfriend at the last minute and she arrives alone and heartbroken, and another couple's trust and fidelity issues explode before therapy can even begin.
2 Love Hurts
1/2/14
The couples dive into their first group therapy session, where they each discuss the darkest moments in their past relationships and how that impacts them today. Taylor discusses the horrifying abuse she experienced with her ex-husband Russell, and how she found him hanging in the closet after he committed suicide. While Kelsey discusses the abuse she experienced in a relationship, she reveals that she was a stripper when she was younger, which infuriates Ghost.
3 New Couple Controversy
1/16/14
As everybody gets deeper into therapy, the couples begin to get more frustrated with their partners, and also with the other people in the house. In an explosive group therapy session, Dr. Jenn calls Taylor out for how rude she was the night before, complaining about the living accommodations, to which Taylor cries and blames it on her wanting to please John. After therapy, the group learns that a new couple is coming into the house, Jon Gosselin and his girlfriend Liz.
4 Fess Up
1/23/14
In Jon and Liz's first group session, Jon admits that during a break in his relationship with Liz, he slept with other women, which now makes Liz not trust Jon. Sada questions whether Farrah's sex tape was amateur or professional and this isolates Farrah more from the group. In an emotional therapy session with Dr. Jenn, Farrah admits that a big reason she acts the way she does is because of her parents, and that makes it hard for her to connect with people..
5 Player For Life
1/30/14
In group therapy, the couples discuss their sex lives, and how issues in the bedroom can be telling about their emotional relationships as well. This particular subject was hard to talk about for Jon, who was caught by Liz when he was trying to masturbate. It was also a difficult subject for Sada and Whitney to talk about, because Whitney feels too much like Sada's mother, which sets Sada off.
6 Get Real
2/6/14
Dr. Jenn brings Farrah in for an emotional and revealing therapy session about her past. Farrah's revelations continue in group therapy, but instead of sympathizing with her, the group gets upset that she isn't sharing certain things, especially because they have been pouring their hearts out to everyone. Later, Dr. Jenn is able to get Ghost's other woman Latrice into therapy for a session with Ghost and Kelsey. Needless to say, it does not go well and leaves their relationship at a crossroads.
7 Crumbs of Love
2/13/14
After Kelsey storms out of her therapy session with Ghost and his other woman, Latrice, it is clear she is brokenhearted and completely over her relationship with Ghost. She cries over her love lost, and decides to speak with Latrice alone. Dr. Jenn brings compatibility experts from an online dating company in for a group exercise.
8 Repeating The Same Patterns
2/20/14
The group shares their opinions with Jon and Liz about their relationship and how she treats him, and Dr. Jenn brings Jon in for a session to discuss how he can be more assertive with Liz. Next, Dr. Jenn begins this week's group session by letting the couples know that they will be discussing past trauma and how it affects their current relationships.
9 Fired Up
2/27/14
Whitney and Sada realize that Sada is acting out because she is so nervous about her dad coming into therapy. Sada's dad finally shows up, and they have a heartfelt session together. Farrah has been making strides since she has been in therapy, and as a part of her growth, Dr. Jenn brings in one of her ex-boyfriends to talk to her about how she behaves in a relationship. Taylor goes into a session with Dr. Jenn, where she talks about her relationship with her daughter, Kennedy.
10 Final Goodbye
3/6/14
After Taylor expresses to Dr. Jenn that she's having a hard time disciplining her daughter Kennedy, they decide to bring her to therapy to try out some new parenting tools. After Kennedy leaves, John tearfully tells Dr. Jenn how important it is to raise Kennedy right, because he doesn't want her to have the same scars that Taylor does. The group ends their journey with a romantic boat ride, and they all reflect on their time here, and how much they have grown.

About this show

Relationships are hard enough, but imagine the pressure of having your hook ups, "bumps" on the relationship road and breakups as fodder for the tabloids. This season features a gossip-worthy cast and a mystery couple highly volatile with the press.
