I can't believe that all of these first time flippers are so successful and make these great profits. How are all of these people doing such great wor on their first try? Highly suspicious. I see houses sit on the market for months and these guys seem to sell their houses within weeks. This show makes it look like there is no need for professional contractors, plumbers etc - and no, I am not a professional contractors or plumber or anything like that. DIY Network should have a show about people who bought houses from flippers which contained problems switch have to be remedied. That would seem more likely.

Not a lot of footage is shown. Its like a quick overview of a house being flipped. Other shows similar to this show way more detailed footage to get a real idea of what's going on.
