your work is awesome! My wife and I are the proud owners of a 12,000 sq. ft. Victorian mansion in the North Hill Historic District in New Castle, Pa. We have finished the demo work that needed done and are now in the process of completing the renovation. The house has quite a history and is a magnificent piece of architecture. We are determined to restore it to its original integrity. We watch your show when we get discouraged and it gives us renewed energy to continue. Keep up your great work!

I share Ms. Curtis' feelings whenever I look at abandoned homes, and I always wish I could go in and remake them. We keep getting more and more decrepit homes as we buy, fixing them up, but this is our first time in a historic home, and we LOVED looking at both how much WORSE our slate could have been coming in (as our home was "liveable" when we bought it)... and how FANTASTIC the results are. Nicole, you are a treasure - keep working hard, and thank you for inspiring us to work hard, too!

Nicole, I would maybe still living in Minneapolis if I could have met a person like you in the early 1980's. I love the work you do on those old houses with the built-in hutches & bookcases! I rented a few places in North Mpls. that had them and the trim around doorways & windows, BEAUTIFUL, I loved them. They had those $1 houses back then, if I remember right. But, I never knew how to do that or get the financing, or I would surely have done that. Hope you continue and HGTV keeps you on. LOVE THE SHOW!
