About this show

Real estate agent Drew Levin and his partner, licensed contractor Danny Perkins, have figured out how to make money in today's housing market. They buy old, foreclosed houses in good locations, completely renovate them from top to bottom, then rent them out for top dollar. These guys are only 28-years-old but they already own 24 homes. And down the road, when it's time to sell, they'll be sitting on a goldmine.
