Never understood much about Pay TV series until 2008. HBO must have had 25 - 50 clips of True Blood they played a few new one's each week spring 08' prior to summer 08' launch. Yes I watched all of OZ & Soprano's but had to play catch up 1 or 2 years in on each. Which are both s minimum of 4.5 Stars. But True Blood, I drove family & friends nuts about it before S1 E1 even showed that first Sunday night. The writer of the book, the Executive Producer & these two who got married & have a not so young family anymore were & are so brilliant but without these 3, True Blood would have never made it 7 season's & if Bill wasn't killed off it would have #1: Either came back for a season or two about 3 Years ago or #2: Made a Motion Picture. Thank you all for bringing a little happiness into my life a decade after I lost my wife 12/17/95 & a year before I lost my son. 09/02/08. Great Job Everybody!

Really mixed feelings. Watched because I got the first and second season for like 10-15 dollars. Continued watching because all the seasons, before this last one, was on HBO Go and so I binge-watched. Not an Anna Paquin fan and i thought there were too many instances of overacting and/or plain ole bad acting. I did cry at the end of the series though so...

This show is so addictive. I do not get HBO so I have not been able to watch it from the beginning. I'm glad bc now, seeing how addicted I got to it, I wouldn't have been able to stand the suspense of what will happen next for a whole week while waiting for it to air again. I was just bored one night and was browsing Amazon Prime and came across it. I remembered that my cousin had said that she loved it so I started watching it. That was 7 days ago. I have watched a season a day for the past week.
