This show goes into all the lives during that terrible time where killers were everywhere. Police were killed and never respected. Not much law either and it shows the terrible treatment to women. Very real life situations in a lawless town. It also shows how far we have become on medical care and forensic findings. Many marvels and inventions came about with their struggles.

Absolutely fantastic show! I'm so impressed that they have kept it consistently excellent throughout. Most good shows start out great and devolve into nonsense. This series is so gripping and classy - the acting, the writing, the costumes, the cast and the dialogue are beyond compare.

Love this show! The actors are all excellent in their parts. Great stories, and so authentic to the period. Realistic and a little gritty, but not too offensively graphic. You can't wait for the next episode! This will give the other American made crime shows a run for their money!
