About this show

Each episode, the MythBusters, Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, two special effects experts with more than 30 years of experience, methodically set out to bust three urban legends. And they don't just explain if something's true or false: through trial and error, they demonstrate it. Sometimes they crash things, sometimes they blow things up -- all in the name of science.

Most Good Eats fans know Alton Brown wanted to be on the show, and now that his own show is over, he gets his wish in season 13! This is about as much win as Robin Williams on Whose Line. I still wish they kept the original theme music, though. Only 8 episodes this time, Discovery? I guess the cannon thing might've cut this season short (season 13 is the same size on iTunes). I'm not complaining-- being able to watch on any Android device is well worth it. Hopefully next season will have more goodness.

I love the show, but what's with the short seasons? And almost every episode I can point out a seemingly obvious mistake. For your audience's sake, at least do more than 12 shows a season.
