Really great app. It was well thought out. Just wish you could craft all the cards in the actual card game. I'd like to recreate actual decks my friends have but can't pull up the cards. The algorithm for card draws is kind of rough. A lot of people just quit and restart multiple times because hands are often unplayable. It is weird when running standard builds, and you can't run your hand for multiple games.

The developers have done a superb job of creating an excellent (although not perfect) UI from complicated table top play. If you've never played Magic, there is a fair learning curve, but tutorials help and the ranking system gets you playing with others of similar skill and deck levels. There is some PTW but not much. Most in-game purchases with real money are for cosmetics. If you've read this far, definitely download and jump in!

This game is wonderful...when it works. I've had issues for a few months now with the app crashing mid game. Often, this resulted in full turn losses. This has been a common and more occuring problem exasperated by further freezing issues or intense lag spikes. I've tested this on module and wifi data and it is far more an issue on mobile data. I'd love to give this game a 5 star for ease of play and general performance but these issues are getting worse and not better. moto g stylus, T-mobile
