Every time I am forced to update this app, more features are broken and the app runs slower. If the app absolutely needs to be updated, the least you could do is tell us what you changed. I'm tired of seeing "bug fixes and UI updates" with no actual details. It doesnt help that you halved the value of my reward points right before outright removing my favorite sandwich from every subway's menu.

This app is somewhat useful in the sense that it saves me from having to wait in long lunch lines, but man this app is stupid. There are so many flaws. For starters, the lack of a confirmation before you place an order. It'd be nice if could make sure my order was correct before I accidentally push 'place order' and get stuck with something I didn't really want (yes this happened). Or how about the ability to edit a previous order reorder without having to get chips and a drink first.

I have used this app probably twice a week for pickup orders over the past year up until the past few months where I haven't been ordering as often. It was working perfectly and I never had any issues at all. Now it's a completely different story, the app is completely unusable, it doesn't load absolutely anything, you're just perpetually stuck on the page trying to load anything, if it does manage to load the map for me to choose my pickup location the stores don't even show up on the map.
