Ratings and reviews

The game is great, has awesome graphics, is strategy minded, and has a social interaction element that's enjoyable. If you have a problem and need to contact support, however, don't hold your breath. They are THE WORST at resolving issues!!! I have a ticket that's been open for more than a month now with no resolution in sight!!! They haven't even looked at my ticket in weeks despite having ALL the screenshot evidence they've asked for!!! Total waste of time trying to talk to them!!!

This game is following the pattern of other games I have played that ended up shutting down. Greed. Constantly adding more features that require spending to stay competitive in the game. Also, they do not treat all the servers fairly. I understand newer servers may be at a disadvantage, but the favoritism shown to them with better and exclusive events exceeds any deficit they may have had. Players are fed up with this and quitting. Waste of time and money to join this train wreck of a game.

I make a post specifically stating that I can't get into the game and you respond telling me to message in game support??? Please explain to me how I'm supposed to accomplish that when, wait for it, I CANT GET INTO THE GAME!!!! You claim player experience is most important to you and yet you take no actions whatsoever to prove that. What a joke. Wish I could leave zero stars.
