I really enjoyed this game until the latest update. I reached out to customer service and no response. I completely lost everything now due to uninstalling and reinstalling the app as per your instructions on the app. The only way to log in is through FB which I will not do. The app freezes, the lines drag and remain on the screen after you have selected a word. I have to close out the app and restart it every 2-3 words. Thanks for your help!

Great for my brain! UPDATE.... Been playing for over 6 years. I'm on level 3598. This has been my favorite go-to relaxing game. It now no longer works for me. I appreciate the fact that to play this free there will be ads to watch. Unfortunately, now that there's more ads, the game is impossible for me to play. Everything freezes up and glitches. I even bought a new tablet thinking it was my old tablet making the game slow. Now I read other's reviews are the same as mine I know I'm not crazy

I don't like so many video ads in between each puzzle but it is very rewarding and hard to stop puzzling. I'm so far into the advanced levels right now but it now glitches every time I try to put in a new word! So much so that I need to force close the app and reopen it after putting in the new word..
