Ratings and reviews

The app is the worst. Disney is completely lost in making woke programs so much, so their programming is still trying to load up after trying to go back 20 seconds. It is taking 10 minutes or so. It's restarting the movie at the beginning, because of Chromecasting it, Then when you stop it in the middle, the ads begin, and are the result of them taking the mistakes of the business, taking more from the consumer. You lost your way...

Offline playback is garbage. When we travel and download episodes getting them to play is generally futile. Either the license "expires" and won't renew or the episode just won't play at all and the error given my the app is worthless. Using the most up to date version of the app. It's been an issue across multiple devices and 4+ years. The issues lie on Disney's side.

It's not child safe anymore which was the primary purpose of this app. Now there's zombies and all sorts of horror movies and shows displayed immediately and mixed together on the main page with the kids stuff. The layout makes zero sense. Disney and Pixar used to be one main, home tab but now it's two, seperated tabs that is no longer the home screen. It looks like Hulu. This company merge has completely changed disney+ on every platform. It's no longer safe for children. Very disappointing.
